Introducing size Harry! The first of our short and wide range! Our exciting new muzzle size is available for pre-order only, perfect for pups who have large heads and relatively short snouts.
We have now received over 500 pre orders for this new size, which means manufacturing has started, and the muzzles are due to land at our workshop soon. Harry orders placed now will ship in mid-late January.Previous pre-orders placed before the 1st Of December will be shipped by mid January. We know how important is is for you to get your muzzles as soon as possible, particularly because of the XL bully type ban here in the UK.
For those that have already tried one of our muzzles, this size is a similar width and height as the sunny, but much shorter snout length.
Please remember, this size does not yet exist so all images are of 3D printed protypes. There may be minor changes in measurements when we receive the final moulds, but we have provided the most accurate information possible at this time.
Orders will ship in line with when the order was placed, with early Harry orders receiving their muzzle first and late Harry orders receiving their muzzle last.
Size Harry is available in a limited basket colour range to reduce initial cost.
Muzzles are hand-made to order. Currently, we are experiencing a large quantity of orders. You can expect your order to be delivered between 1 and 3 weeks, unless you order size Rex which is a new size that will ship in September. Accessories and Jumpers when purchased alone are typically dispatched within 1-3 days, when purchased with a muzzle will ship with the muzzle.
Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded total cost minus shipping cost, to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
