Introducing size Harry! The first of our short and wide range! Our exciting new muzzle size is now available, perfect for pups who have large heads and relatively short snouts.
We know how important it is for you to get your muzzles as soon as possible, particularly because of the XL bully type ban here in the UK but Please note, our current turn around time for all Harry muzzles is now 2-4 weeks due to unprecedented demand.
Each muzzle comes as standard with a noseband, an adjustable fastening strap, and a buckle strap. Please note that while there are optional upgrades available, they are not necessary for the muzzle to function properly.
For those that have already tried one of our muzzles, this size is a similar width and height as the sunny, but much shorter snout length.
The difference between Harry and Harry* is the width of the nose band, Harry* has a 38mm thick Biothane nose band that when combined with the Harry basket, can add some length for dogs that need it. The Basket part of the muzzle remains the same.
Weight of the muzzle is 265 grams.

Shipping
Muzzles are hand-made to order. Currently, we are experiencing a large quantity of orders. You can expect your order to be shipped between 2 and 4 weeks. Excluding pre ordered items. Accessories and Jumpers when purchased alone are typically dispatched within 1-3 days, when purchased with a muzzle will ship with the muzzle.
Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded total cost minus shipping cost, to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
