Introducing size Taz! We have now started manufacturing the tooling for this exciting new size, and anticipate it will be complete mid April 2024, after which Taz Pre-orders will start to ship in the order that they were placed.
Due to popular demand, we felt it important to release a size that sits between our current sizes 'Tolly' and 'Sunny'. This size is still in the prototype phase, so all images are 3D printed prototypes or computer generated there may be minor changes in measurements when we receive the final moulds, but we have provided the most accurate information possible.
Due to reports of customers unable to place pre-orders through our delayed payment system, we have decided that all orders placed for this size moving forwards, will be charged at the time of the order being placed. Previous orders remain unchanged.
Orders will ship in line with when the order was placed, with early Taz orders receiving their muzzle first and late Taz orders receiving their muzzle last.The only exception is when we have to wait for new stock.
This size has the same features such as purpose built treat hole and a strong, sturdy material, bright colours and hundreds of customisation possibilities but is also has some exciting NEW updates!

Size Taz is only available in our 5 most popular basket colours to reduce initial cost and get this size out to you as soon as possible, we will be adding both Grey and Orange baskets in the future, but cannot confirm when.
Muzzles are hand-made to order. Currently, we are experiencing a large quantity of orders. You can expect your order to be shipped between 2 and 4 weeks. Excluding pre ordered items. Accessories and Jumpers when purchased alone are typically dispatched within 1-3 days, when purchased with a muzzle will ship with the muzzle.
Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded total cost minus shipping cost, to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
