Each muzzle is designed with function at the forefront—from the durable plastic basket to the soft, waterproof Biothane strapping and the perfectly positioned treat hole. Every detail is crafted to ensure your dog feels comfortable, confident, and safe, with ample space for sniffing, drinking, and panting for maximum comfort.

🔩 Strapping & Hardware

• All wholesale muzzles come with black Biothane strapping and nickel hardware as standard.
• Coloured basket options are available, but strapping is black only at this stage.
• Coloured strapping will be introduced in 2025 as a premium upgrade.
  ➤ Black strapping will remain the most cost-effective option.
• All strapping is secured with Chicago screws, allowing:
  • Easy cleaning (e.g. in veterinary or clinical settings)
  • Safe boiling & reshaping of the muzzle
  • Future upgrades (e.g. wider nosebands, quick-release clips)

🎯 Fastening Type

• All muzzles are fitted with a standard buckle fastening for maximum adjustability.
• Buckle fastening is ideal for:
  • In-store try-ons
  • Multi-dog environments like rescues or shelters
  • Veterinary settings where regular adjustments are required

• Quick-release clip upgrades are available via the standard retail website only, not through wholesale.
  ➤ Best suited for individual pets where adjustments are rarely needed.

🧵 Noseband Options

The only difference between a standard and * noseband is the width. The * noseband features a 38mm Biothane band, which can add a bit of extra length when paired with the basket. The basket itself remains the same.

This is the mid - size muzzle in our Short & Wide Fit collection - ideal for dogs with broad heads and relatively short snouts.

1️⃣ Improved Chin Space: The area beneath the treat hole is now bowed outward for dogs with slightly undershot jaws.
2️⃣ Slimmer, Lighter Bars: The overall design has been refined to make it lighter for your dog.
3️⃣ Smoother Cheek Edges: All edges in contact with your dog’s cheeks have been smoothed.
4️⃣ Harsh Edges Removed: Every inside edge has been polished for total comfort.
5️⃣ Wider Cheek Room: We’ve removed the inward “tick” on the inner cheeks top corner for a more comfortable fit
6️⃣ Better Neck Clearance: Redesigned corners near the neck for easier head movement.
7️⃣ Thinner Internal Bars: Reduced bulk for a sleek, comfortable fit.
8️⃣ Less Bulky Head Strap Fastening: The headband now fastens in a way that prevents the noseband from pressing down on your dog’s nose.

🐶 Breed Guidance

We do not recommend sizing based solely on breed due to the variability within each breed. However, to provide a general idea, the Harry size commonly fits the following breeds (note: this is not an exhaustive list):

• Small XL Bully types
• Large Staffy
• Rottweiler
• Large Chow
• Large Shar Pei
• Large Bernese
• Wide-headed Akita
