• 📏 Whether you need the strap shorter, longer, or the same size

We’ll make a new strap in your selected length and colour — ready to use as:

• 🔘 A buckle neck strap
• 🔄 A quick release neck strap

🔄 Already Have Chicago Screws?

If your muzzle has the Chicago screw upgrade, simply remove your current strapping and replace it with your new colour of choice. It's a quick and easy switch.

🔧 No Screws Yet? Here’s What You’ll Need:

If your muzzle has standard rivets, you’ll need to:

• ✂️ Carefully cut off your current strapping
• 🔩 Replace it using Chicago screws (sold separately or available to add-on)

Prefer to use rivets again? We offer replacement rivets upon request - you can close them yourself at home using a basic tool.

• 1 x Custom-cut Biothane strap in your chosen length and colour
• No hardware included as standard – please add separately if needed

Our accessories use durable Chicago screws that may loosen over time with regular use.

💡 For a permanent hold, apply a dab of Loctite once you’ve achieved your ideal fit and colour combo
