Every detail is crafted to ensure your dog feels comfortable, confident, and safe, with ample space for sniffing, drinking, and panting for maximum comfort.
🔩 Strapping & Hardware
- All wholesale muzzles come with black Biothane strapping and nickel hardware as standard.
- Coloured basket options are available, but strapping is black only at this stage.
- Coloured strapping will be introduced in 2025 as a premium upgrade.
➤ Black strapping will remain the most cost-effective option. - All strapping is secured with Chicago screws, allowing:
- Easy cleaning (e.g. in veterinary or clinical settings)
- Safe boiling & reshaping of the muzzle
- Future upgrades (e.g. wider nosebands, quick-release clips)
🎯 Fastening Type
All muzzles are fitted with a standard buckle fastening for maximum adjustability.
- Buckle fastening is ideal for:
- In-store try-ons
- Multi-dog environments like rescues or shelters
- Veterinary settings where regular adjustments are required
Quick-release clip upgrades are available via the standard retail website only, not through wholesale.

📏 Fit & Function
Rex is designed for dogs with a narrower facial structure, but who are smaller overall than dogs who fit into the Neli muzzle. It offers a lightweight, secure fit, ideal for small slimmer-headed dogs.

🐶 Breed Guidance
We do not recommend sizing based solely on breed due to the variability within each breed. However, to provide a general idea, the Rex size may fit the following breeds (note: this is not an exhaustive list):
- Small Spaniels
- Petite Collies
- Long-nosed Cockerpoos
- Small Whippets
- Small poodle
- Small crossbreeds
- Saluki
- Medium Terrier type
- Small Australian shepherd

Très bien. J’ai juste poncé les rebords qui était un peu abrasif j’ai trouvé.
Beautiful quality and great deal in the Black Friday sale. My boy now has two, to keep him and everyone else safe when out on a walk.
Muzzles give my sweet Australian Cattle Dog the confidence she deserves. Muzzles also give me the confidence I need to take her in public as she is very anxious and reactive. Traditional muzzles are so restrictive and living in the south, her being unable to pant while wearing them is a total dealbreaker. This muzzle is absolutely perfect! I like that the headstrap was option, as she is not a fan. This muzzle gives her so much more confidence and she looks beautiful in it!
Great idea and definitely preferable in terms of pant room for our dog. Disappointing that the head strap length was not a measurement used or option to change. Even the smallest hole on the strap was too long for our dog so we've had to wait for an additional order to be able to use the muzzle.
Also the quick release clasp doesn't seem the strongest, hopefully it will last.
