The Pippa is already in production, and we are currently pre-selling this muzzle ahead of its scheduled shipping 8th December.
🐾 Pippa Dog Muzzle – Short & Wide Fit (Smallest Size)
📦 Made to Order Pippa Dog Muzzle
All custom-colour muzzles come standard with a noseband and an adjustable neck strap with buckle fastening. Straps are attached using rivets, meaning they cannot be removed or replaced without cutting. While optional upgrades are available, they are not required for the muzzle to function effectively.
📏 Fit & Function
This is the smallest dog muzzle in our Short & Wide Fit collection, designed for comfort and security. Engineered for dogs with short and wide heads, but smaller overall proportions than those that fit the Harry muzzle.

Crafted for short snouts, this is the shortest muzzle we offer while still allowing for safe, functional use.
Contoured for Undershot Jaws
The area beneath the treat hole is bowed outward, accommodating dogs with slightly undershot bites, ensuring comfort even with unique jaw shapes.
Smooth Comfort Touchpoints
Finished with smooth cheek edges and internal edges to help minimize discomfort.
Vision-Friendly Head Strap Design
A flat head strap fastening minimizes visual obstruction, enhancing comfort and spatial awareness.
Freedom to Move Naturally
The pant space is engineered to support effective panting without compromising head or neck movement.
Streamlined Internal Structure
Featuring thinner internal bars for a sleeker, lighter, and more comfortable fit, without sacrificing strength or stability.
🐶 Breed Guidance
We do not recommend sizing based solely on breed due to the variability within each breed. However, to provide a general idea, the Pippa size commonly fits the following breeds (note: this is not an exhaustive list):
- Staffordshire Bull Terrier
- Small Chow Chow
- Pocket Bullys
- Small Shar Pei
- Bulldogs (please reach out for sizing advice)
- Pitbull type

🧵 Noseband Options
The only difference between a standard and * noseband is the width. The * noseband features a 38mm Biothane band, which can add a bit of extra length when paired with the basket. The basket itself remains the same.
When selecting the foam-padded noseband, Chicago screws are used for attachment. Two shorter screws are also included for use without the foam padding.

If you have anything else included in the same order, your order will ship together when the Pippa muzzle ships. If you want your other items sooner, you will need to place two orders and pay for separate postage.

The Pippa basket has been officially confirmed 9.6.25
- Pippa Pre orders open 17th July 2025
🛠 Tooling & Production
- Tooling due to start 14th July 2025. Tooling will take approximately 19 weeks to complete before Pippa muzzles can begin production.
Basket production is scheduled to start on 24th November 2025.
Pippa muzzles are expected to arrive at The Muzzle Movement HQ on 8th December 2025.
Shipping to customers will begin from the 8th December 2025.
We aim to process all pre-orders in date order. However, please note that we may receive some colour batches before others, which is outside of our control. This could affect the exact order in which muzzles are dispatched.
All dates maybe subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control. We will keep customers informed of any updates.
Please note: Pippa will not be available in orange or baby blue baskets.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping
Muzzles are hand-made to order. Currently, we are experiencing a large quantity of orders. You can expect your order to be shipped between 2 and 4 weeks. Excluding pre ordered items. Accessories and Jumpers when purchased alone are typically dispatched within 1-3 days, when purchased with a muzzle will ship with the muzzle.
Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded total cost minus shipping cost, to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
