Introducing size Taz! We already have over 125 pre orders!? So we are over half way towards starting manufacturing!!
Due to popular demand, we felt it important to release a size that sits between our current sizes 'Tolly' and 'Sunny'. This size is still in the prototype phase, so Images of this size on a range of dogs will be coming soon.
Please remember, this size does not yet exist so all future images will be 3D printed protypes or computer generated there may be minor changes in measurements when we receive the final moulds, but we have provided the most accurate information possible at this time.
We are PRE-selling this muzzle in advance of manufacturing to raise the funds required. Therefore it won't arrive with you until 2024, when in 2024 depends entirely on this size's popularity.
Orders will ship in line with when the order was placed, with early Taz orders receiving their muzzle first and late Taz orders receiving their muzzle last.
How does the pre-order process work?
We set a goal to sell 500 Taz muzzles, that goal is based on how many we need to sell in order to cover costs and have the funds to proceed with the creation of the injection mould. But rather than save up for the moulds and then release the size, we are giving you the opportunity to secure your Taz muzzle, without being charged, until we have raised the required funds to make this size a reality!
This means, you place an order for Taz, enter your details but you don't get charged until we reach 50% of our target. Once we reach 50% of our target (250 muzzles) you will be notified, and charged so that we can begin the manufacturing process. You can cancel your order at any time, and make changes to colours whenever you like. You can also update your shipping address at any time should your home address change.
Once we have taken payment, we pay our manufacturers 50% of the cost to begin making the injection mould, this takes 10-12 weeks, and from there we need to wait for the baskets to arrive at our workshop, followed by building each of your muzzles individually!
How long might I be waiting?
This really depends on how popular the size you are waiting for is! If you want it to be made quicker, share it with your friends who might have a dog of the same size as you! Once we reach 250 muzzles sold, manufacturing begins and from there it takes approximately 12 weeks for the moulds to land with us in our workshop, where we attach all of the strapping and get them on their way to their new homes!
If we raise the funds outside of the size sales, we might not wait until we reach our 'target' number of sales and we might proceed with the size early! But as always, you will be contacted via email and updated whenever anything changes!

Muzzles are hand-made to order. Currently, we are experiencing a large quantity of orders. You can expect your order to be delivered between 1 and 3 weeks, unless you order size Rex which is a new size that will ship in September. Accessories and Jumpers when purchased alone are typically dispatched within 1-3 days, when purchased with a muzzle will ship with the muzzle.
Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded total cost minus shipping cost, to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
