š¦Made to order Tolly Dog Muzzle
All custom-colour dog muzzles come standard with a noseband and an adjustable neck strap with buckle fastening. Straps are attached using rivets, meaning they cannot be removed or replaced without cutting. While optional upgrades are available, they are not required for the muzzle to function effectively.
š Fit & Function
Tolly is designed for medium-sized breeds, offering more width than our smaller dog muzzle sizes, but overall it is not as large as the Taz dog muzzle. It provides less panting space, which may better suit medium breeds that donāt have a large pant.

We do not recommend sizing based solely on breed due to the variability within each breed. However, to provide a general idea, the Tolly size may fit the following breeds (note: this is not an exhaustive list):
- Small Labradors
- Spaniel types
- Beagles
- Poodles (Medium)
- Collie mixes
- Medium-sized crossbreeds

š§µĀ Noseband Options
The only difference between a standard and * noseband is the width. The * noseband features a 38mm Biothane band, which can add a bit of extra length when paired with the basket. The basket itself remains the same.
When selecting the foam-padded noseband, Chicago screws are used for attachment. Two shorter screws are also included for use without the foam padding.

Shipping
- Customisable Items: Products labelled as "customisable" are handmade to order. Once your order is placed, we will email you with an estimated shipping timeframe. These items typically ship within 1ā2 weeks (excluding pre-orders).
- Pre-Made & Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders for these items are dispatched within one working day. Orders placed after 3 PM will be shipped the next working day. Orders placed after 3 PM on Friday will be shipped on Monday.
- Shipping Timeframes: Estimated delivery times shown at checkout refer to transit time only and do not include processing time. Customisable items take 1ā2 weeks to ship. If you select 48-hour tracked delivery, this timeframe applies after dispatch, excluding the dispatch day.
- International Orders:
- European customers: Import duties and taxes are charged upfront to prevent unexpected fees.
- Non-UK/EU customers: Import duties may apply upon arrival in your country.
Items that do not qualify for a return
All limited edition items are non-refundable.
Customisable ItemsProducts labelled as "customisable" are handmade to order based on your chosen specifications. As a result, these items are not eligible for return or refund. This includes collars, leads, and similar customisable products. If you prefer a refundable option, please select from our ready-to-ship selection.
Please Note: The 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to customisable items under UK and EU regulations. Custom-made or personalised items are exempt from this right and cannot be returned unless defective.
Customisable Muzzles
Unlike other customisable items, custom-made muzzles can be returned. We understand that dogs need time to adjust, so we allow returns for these items to ensure a proper fit and comfortable wear.
Mystery Gift Items
All mystery gift items are non-refundable.
I have followed this brand for a while but hadn't purchased a muzzle because of the price. But recently I have needed to use a muzzle more often with my dog so I thought I'd get one that is more comfortable. Which this muzzle does look, the added space for panting and just generally around the muzzle is better than other brands. But I think this extra amount of space means that the muzzle isn't super secure when on. My dog could easily get it over her head if she wanted to. I followed the sizing measurements to a tee but the overall size just doesn't fit properly, half the time it sits way to far back on the top of the nose basically in her eyes. I would probably have to look at getting all the accessories which would double to price of the muzzle. I do like it and will use it because it is more comfortable for my dog but for the price it could fit better.
It safe to say I finally found a muzzle my border collie loves he so much happier in the Tolly it was so worth the money
This muzzle is everything I need for safety and being the easiest muzzle to treat through. I've tried 4 muzzles from other known brands before I got this one, and this is by far the easiest to treat and train with.
The one downside is the inside edges are quite sharp. They've clipped my boy's whiskers short just from rubbing, so I wish the insides were rounded.
I thought about getting the Taz, but the problem there is the straightness of the wide end pushes against his neck when he points his nose down and lifts the top of the muzzle up - which is just really uncomfortable for him.
So I hope the Taz gets some refined shaping around the neck soon or the Tolly gets rounded insides soon, so I can replace this one with something even better
I ordered a Sunny for my malinois but it was too big. Sent a mail to customer support and they were very helpful and kind. Chose the tolly and everything looks cool.
We had a nice conversation with the muzzle movement staff to determine the correct model and size for our border collie - Australian shepherd mix Flynn. Based on their experience we went for the Tolly and it is a perfect fit. We selected the Chicago screw to enable us to adjust the neck strap. Plenty of adjustment space, so that worked fine. We came from a baskerville size 4, not bad, but the Tolly has more panting room and looks top notch š
