PRODUCT DETAILS
All of our muzzles were designed with function at the forefront. From the strong plastic, to soft, waterproof strapping, to the perfectly positioned treat hole. We wanted muzzled dogs to feel comfortable and happy as well as be safe.
This muzzle is the perfect choice for keeping your dog safe and comfortable. Made of lightweight yet durable material, this muzzle provides superior security with maximum comfort. Its adjustable neck straps provide a safe and secure fit and its breathable design ensures adequate ventilation.
Tolly is designed for medium sized breeds, it offers more width than our smaller sizes. We do not recommend sizing by breed, for more accurate sizing check out our size guide. Weight of a standard Tolly muzzle is 166 grams.

All customisable muzzles come as standard with a noseband and an adjustable neck strap with a buckle fastening. Straps are attached with rivets, meaning they cannot be removed or replaced without cutting them off. Please note that while there are optional upgrades available, they are not necessary for the muzzle to function.
The difference between Tolly and Tolly* is the width of the nose band, Tolly* has a 38mm thick Biothane nose band that when combined with the Tolly basket, can add some length for dogs that need it. The Basket part of the muzzle remains the same.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping
Custom muzzles are hand-made to order. Currently, we are experiencing a large quantity of orders. You can expect your custom muzzle order to be shipped between 1-2 weeks. Excluding pre ordered items - when ordering a pre-order item anything else in the same order will ship together at the same time, if you would like other items in your order earlier you will need to place two separate orders.
Ready to ship items, including ready to ship muzzles ship within 1 working day.
Accessories and Jumpers when purchased alone are typically dispatched within 1-3 days, when purchased with a muzzle will ship with the muzzle.
Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Some of our items are custom made to order, in your choice of colour. Therefore items that are made to your specifications (excluding muzzles) such as dual tone collars and leads, are none refundable items. If you would like a dual tone collar or lead that is refundable, please select one of our ready to ship items.
Limited edition items are not eligible for returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded total cost minus shipping cost, to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

My dog doesn’t mind his muzzle at all, and I love the fit, he is able to drink and eat treats and still run, pant and smile big!

This muzzle is great. We when to the vet, and lilly was overly aggressive toward other dogs. It provided reassurance to me , while still being comfortable for her. She is able to drink, and take treats. She also didn't try to pull it off her face like other muzzles in the past. Highly recommend adding the headband, for a better securement.
My dog used to use the Baskerville muzzle and absolutely hated it! It was the right length, but squeezed her cheeks and not a lot of pant room. This Tolly muzzle works great for us! It gives her pant room and does not squeeze her cheeks like before. I only wish it was a little shorter fit closer to her nose. But, this one will do and I can’t wait to see the sizing for the Pippa size which may work a bit better for us.

I bought a Tolly as a “mystery muzzle” last year and it’s still intact even though my dog wears it on his walks every day twice a day, so I decided to get a second one for my other dog who is muzzle trained as well (was wearing another bland that was super uncomfortable). The fact that the material is sturdy but lightweight and gives good coverage is what makes it comfy and that gives me peace of mind. The buying process was also seamless (thanks Meg for your patience) we added some items last minute and they were shipped almost immediately. My dogs are the only ones at our dog park with a TMM muzzle. We get some stares, but also get the “what a cool muzzle, where can I get one like this?” question quite often. I believe we’re starting the movement in Argentina as well. Thanks Clara and TMM team for all you do for dogs and guardians worldwide!
My dog has always hated wearing a muzzle, no matter how much I try to condition her to it… but I thought I’d try these muzzles out as they look more comfortable and spacious. I am SO happy I did… my dog is instantly way more comfortable in her new muzzle, even without much conditioning yet. Plus, the fun colours look so beautiful. It’s lightweight but feels like a really sturdy material. The treat hole is a great size for treats and small tug toys. I got the padded nose band with it and I’m glad I did, it’s super soft.
Overall - so so happy with this muzzle and so is my dog!
