Every detail is crafted to ensure your dog feels comfortable, confident, and safe, with ample space for sniffing, drinking, and panting for maximum comfort.

- All wholesale muzzles come withĀ black Biothane strappingĀ andĀ nickel hardwareĀ as standard.
- Coloured basket optionsĀ are available, butĀ strapping is black onlyĀ at this stage.
- Coloured strappingĀ will be introduced inĀ 2025Ā as aĀ premium upgrade.
ā¤ Black strapping will remain theĀ most cost-effectiveĀ option. - All strapping is secured withĀ Chicago screws, allowing:
- Easy cleaning (e.g. in veterinary or clinical settings)
- Safe boiling & reshaping of the muzzle
- Future upgrades (e.g. wider nosebands, quick-release clips)

All muzzles are fitted with aĀ standard buckle fasteningĀ for maximum adjustability.
- Buckle fastening is ideal for:

- Veterinary settings where regular adjustments are required
Quick-release clipĀ upgrades are available via theĀ standard retail website only, not through wholesale.

š¾ Tolly Muzzle ā Medium FitĀ
š Fit & Function
Tolly is designed for medium-sized breeds, offering more width than our smaller muzzle sizes, but overall it is not as large as the Taz muzzle. It provides less panting space, which may better suit medium breeds that donāt have a large pant.

š¶ Breed Guidance
We do not recommend sizing based solely on breed due to the variability within each breed. However, to provide a general idea, the Tolly size may fit the following breeds (note: this is not an exhaustive list):
- Small Labradors
- Spaniel types
- Beagles
- Poodles (Medium)
- Collie mixes
- Medium-sized crossbreeds

It safe to say I finally found a muzzle my border collie loves he so much happier in the Tolly it was so worth the money
This muzzle is everything I need for safety and being the easiest muzzle to treat through. I've tried 4 muzzles from other known brands before I got this one, and this is by far the easiest to treat and train with.
The one downside is the inside edges are quite sharp. They've clipped my boy's whiskers short just from rubbing, so I wish the insides were rounded.
I thought about getting the Taz, but the problem there is the straightness of the wide end pushes against his neck when he points his nose down and lifts the top of the muzzle up - which is just really uncomfortable for him.
So I hope the Taz gets some refined shaping around the neck soon or the Tolly gets rounded insides soon, so I can replace this one with something even better
I ordered a Sunny for my malinois but it was too big. Sent a mail to customer support and they were very helpful and kind. Chose the tolly and everything looks cool.
We had a nice conversation with the muzzle movement staff to determine the correct model and size for our border collie - Australian shepherd mix Flynn. Based on their experience we went for the Tolly and it is a perfect fit. We selected the Chicago screw to enable us to adjust the neck strap. Plenty of adjustment space, so that worked fine. We came from a baskerville size 4, not bad, but the Tolly has more panting room and looks top notch š
Mazie has been wearing a muzzle for a year now due to high anxiety. Unfortunately until the Muzzle Movement there were only options that made her look intimidating and harsh black/ brown. She has adapted well to Tolly and is enjoying the extra panting room!
