Introducing our first ever Scavenger Guard, a new patent pending (2404638.5) innovative accessory for muzzle movement muzzles! A new, customisable treat hole cover that clips onto the front of the muzzle to help prevent dogs from scavenging dangerous items.
The guard is much harder to remove than the Standard guards, the Extra-Secure guard clips onto the front of the muzzle and covers the treat hole and also has a second piece on the inside. This prevents scavenging of larger items for very determined scavengers.
Th extra-secure guard cannot be removed without removing the muzzle so gives you peace of mind that your dog has an extra layer of security from the inside of the muzzle, even if your dog manages to get the front off (though we are also confident this is unlikely to happen!).
Guards will be printed in colours that are a close match to the basket colours, but not a perfect colour match. They are currently unavailable in other colours, but we will have more colour options available in the future, you can join our mailing list to be notified of new releases.
This product is available for pre order only - we will be releasing and shipping the guards in size phases, and you will be notified via email when your sized guard is ready to ship. Please note, if you have anything else included in the same order, your order will ship together when the Scavenger guard ships - if you want your other items sooner, you will need to place two orders and pay two lots of postage.
In the future we will have the option to customise text on the front of your muzzle, which can include a dogs name, phrase or emoji. This feature will be released later this year, you can sign up to be notified via email once this customisation feature becomes available by clicking 'notify me'.

ENVÍO Y DEVOLUCIONES
Envío
Los bozales están hechos a mano por encargo. Actualmente, estamos experimentando una acumulación de pedidos. Le enviaremos un correo electrónico confirmando un tiempo de envío estimado al completar su pedido. Puede esperar que su pedido sea entregado entre 1 y 4 semanas. Los accesorios generalmente se envían dentro de 1 a 3 días.
Devoluciones y reembolsos
Tenemos una política de devolución de 30 días, lo que significa que tiene 30 días después de recibir su artículo para solicitar una devolución.
Para ser elegible para una devolución, su artículo debe estar en las mismas condiciones en que lo recibió, sin usar ni usar, con etiquetas y en su embalaje original. También necesitará el recibo o comprobante de compra.

Si se acepta su devolución, le enviaremos una etiqueta de envío de devolución, así como instrucciones sobre cómo y dónde enviar su paquete. No se aceptarán los artículos que nos devuelvan sin solicitar primero una devolución.
Daños y problemas
Inspeccione su pedido al recibirlo y comuníquese con nosotros de inmediato si el artículo está defectuoso, dañado o si recibe el artículo incorrecto, para que podamos evaluar el problema y corregirlo.
Intercambios
La forma más rápida de asegurarse de obtener lo que desea es devolver el artículo que tiene y, una vez que se acepte la devolución, realizar una compra por separado para el nuevo artículo.
Período de reflexión de 14 días de la Unión Europea
Sin perjuicio de lo anterior, si la mercancía se envía a la Unión Europea, tienes derecho a cancelar o devolver tu pedido en un plazo de 14 días, por cualquier motivo y sin justificación. Como se indicó anteriormente, su artículo debe estar en las mismas condiciones en que lo recibió, sin usar ni usar, con etiquetas y en su embalaje original. También necesitará el recibo o comprobante de compra.
Reembolsos
Le notificaremos una vez que hayamos recibido e inspeccionado su devolución, y le informaremos si el reembolso fue aprobado o no. Si se aprueba, se le reembolsará automáticamente en su método de pago original dentro de los 10 días hábiles. Recuerde que su banco o compañía de tarjeta de crédito puede tardar algún tiempo en procesar y publicar el reembolso también.
