All of our muzzles were designed with function at the forefront. From the strong plastic, to soft, waterproof strapping, to the perfectly positioned treat hole. We wanted muzzled dogs to feel comfortable and happy as well as be safe.
This muzzle is the perfect choice for keeping your dog safe and comfortable. Made of lightweight yet durable material, this muzzle provides superior security with maximum comfort. Its adjustable neck straps provide a safe and secure fit and its breathable design ensures adequate ventilation.
Due to the news of an XL bully type ban here in the UK and the huge demand for a size larger than our current bully model 'Harry'.
Mitzy is suitable for large bully breeds with broad heads. We do not recommend sizing by breed, for more accurate sizing check out our size guide. Weight of a standard Mitzy muzzle is 209.3 grams.

All customisable muzzles come as standard with a noseband and an adjustable neck strap with a buckle fastening. Straps are attached with rivets, meaning they cannot be removed or replaced without cutting them off. Please note that while there are optional upgrades available, they are not necessary for the muzzle to function.
The difference between Mitzy and Mitzy* is the width of the nose band, Mitzy* has a 38mm thick Biothane nose band that when combined with the Mizty basket, can add some length for dogs that need it. The Basket part of the muzzle remains the same.
We PRE-sold this muzzle in advance of manufacturing to raise the funds required. Therefore all orders placed before 14th May have now been shipped. Orders placed after 14th May and placed now will not be shipping until January 2025. Please note, if you have anything else included in the same order, your order will ship together when the Mitzy muzzle ships - if you want your other items sooner, you will need to place two orders and pay two lots of postage.
Orders will ship in line with when the order was placed, with early Mitzy orders receiving their muzzle first and late Mitzy orders receiving their muzzle last.
The only exception is when we have to wait for new stock.
How does the pre-order process work?
We set a goal to sell 500 Mitzy muzzles, that goal is based on how many we need to sell in order to cover costs and have the funds to proceed with the creation of the injection mould. But rather than save up for the moulds and then release the size, we are giving you the opportunity to pre-order this size now and relax knowing you will be one of the first to receive it.
We did have a pre-order system that allowed you to place your orders without being charged, but due to feedback from customers this wasn't working as we had hoped and it was felt that to avoid further disruption we would remove this system and allow you to choose if you want to place your order now or in the future, but you will now be charged for everything including accessories and shipping at the time your order is placed.
Once we reach 50% of our target (250 muzzles) you will be notified that we have begun the manufacturing process and provided with a more accurate shipping estimate. We cannot make this size any quicker, the length of time it takes to make the tooling is out of our control. This takes approximately 12 weeks, and from there we need to wait for the baskets to arrive at our workshop, followed by building each of your muzzles individually!
You can cancel your order at any time, and make changes to colours whenever you like, but you must raise a ticket in our support chat in the bottom left of your screen, order related queries made via our social media will be ignored.
We will send you emails periodically as we hit bit milestones, like 50 pre orders, 100 pre orders and so on. so that you know how close (or far!) we are from this size being a reality.
How long might I be waiting?
This really depends on how popular the size you are waiting for is! If you want it to be made quicker, share it with your friends who might have a dog of the same size as you! Once we reach 250 muzzles sold, manufacturing begins and from there it takes approximately 12 weeks for the moulds to land with us in our workshop, where we attach all of the strapping and get them on their way to their new homes!
If we raise the funds outside of the size sales, we might not wait until we reach our 'target' number of sales and we might proceed with the size early! But as always, you will be contacted via email and updated whenever anything changes!
Size Mitzy is available in a limited basket colour range to reduce initial cost.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping
Muzzles are hand-made to order. Currently, we are experiencing a large quantity of orders. You can expect your order to be shipped between 2 and 4 weeks. Excluding pre ordered items. Accessories and Jumpers when purchased alone are typically dispatched within 1-3 days, when purchased with a muzzle will ship with the muzzle.
Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded total cost minus shipping cost, to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We have been waiting quite awhile to get the size muzzle we needed for our big boy we were kept in the loop all the way through which I am very grateful for and my handsome boy looks comfortable now he has the right size muzzle for his face .
Perfect fit. We loved our Harry muzzle but the mitzy is perfect for our XL bully Boadicea
Great size, love the amount of pant room he has and that you can adjust the size of the straps with the screws. A little bit heavier than the muzzle he’s been wearing so took a day or two for him to get used to it but now he loves it. Absolutely worth the wait time!
Obviously we have waited a while for the Mitzy to come as new tooling had to be made and with the new laws regarding XL Bullies we purchased some temporary Muzzles which weren't the best and really restricted Cali and Max as they found it hard to breathe in them, so we couldn't take them on big walks for what seemed like ages.
We got the Mitzy's a couple of weeks ago and these things have made their lives miles better loads of room in them to pant proper straps and they look smart as well. They are brilliant Muzzles 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I am still working on getting our Cane Corso Mastiff, Zeus, used to his very own muzzle so that when he goes to the vet he doesn't have to be muzzled, by a cloth muzzle they put on him, where he can't pant when he is stressed out.
