PRODUCT DETAILS

A small selection of our popular Neli sized muzzles that are ready to ship, similar to our mystery muzzle selection these muzzles ship within 3 working days - but you can see the colours and upgrades in advance of purchasing, so there is no mystery here! All muzzles are priced at £48 regardless of upgrades - so many include free upgrades!

You cannot upgrade your ready to ship muzzles with Chicago screws or a quick release clip, these muzzles are pre-made with hardware and accessories shown in the associated image. You can still add other accessories such as head straps, chin straps, muzzle stops and chin loops.

All of our muzzles were designed with function at the forefront. From the strong plastic, to soft, waterproof strapping, to the perfectly positioned treat hole. We wanted muzzled dogs to feel comfortable and happy as well as be safe.

This Muzzle is the perfect choice for keeping your dog safe and comfortable. Made of lightweight yet durable material, this muzzle provides superior security with maximum comfort. Its adjustable neck straps provide a safe and secure fit and its breathable design ensures adequate ventilation.

Size Neli is designed for Medium sized dogs with narrow cheeks and medium to long length snouts. We do not recommend sizing by breed, for most accurate sizing check out our muzzle sizing and fit page. Weight of muzzle is 147 grams.

Each muzzle comes as standard with a noseband, an adjustable fastening strap, and a buckle strap. Please note that while there are optional upgrades available, they are not necessary for the muzzle to function properly.

The difference between Neli and Neli* is the width of the nose band, Neli* has a 38mm thick Biothane nose band that when combined with the Neli basket, can add some length for dogs that need it. The Basket part of the muzzle remains the same.

Shipping

Muzzles are hand-made to order. Currently, we are experiencing a backlog of orders, We will send you an email confirming a shipping time estimation upon completion of your order. You can expect your order to be delivered between 1 and 4 weeks. Accessories are typically dispatched within 1-3 days.

Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@themuzzlemovement.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Great fit!

Our Romanian rescue gets very excited on walks and has a tendency to rough play by nipping dogs bums and putting her mouth round their necks. This was the reason for us deciding on getting her a muzzle as she was spending more time on the lead, rather than off having fun.
The muzzle fitted her perfectly!
With a bit of training in the house she was more than happy wearing it on her first walk today.
She could run round and it stayed in place and she was still able to bark, eat & drink whilst wearing it.
We hope this will help allow her to have more fun playing with other doggies in a safe and pleasant way!

Moving up to a Neli

This is our second ready to ship Neli. We got one for our spaniel mix first as the rex wasn't quite sitting right. From that we could see our German shepard with dwarfism needed one to insteadof the rex. The only issue I have with this one doesn't have a full buckle like all our others so I have to make sure it's thread through the loop to secure it fully

Neli

My pitbull/boxer mix has a unique head/snout size and this fits her perfectly! The under chin strap and head strap secure it very well to her head. Other muzzle brands have caused her to rub skin off her snout, but even when she tries to remove it the Neli doesn't rub too much! My only complaint is that its difficult to feed her kibble with it on. Thats true for most any muzzle.
