The Ultimate Size Bundle is the perfect pack for trainers and dog professionals to get their hands on one muzzle of each size, perfect for helping your clients to find the right fit for their dog, or ideal for using as a way of introducing or demonstrating muzzle training. This bundle allows you to swap and change nose bands and fastenings so you can alter the fit for each of your clients dogs.

All muzzles have Chicago Screw upgrades so you can easily swap the nosebands/fastening as required. You can also purchase alternative strapping sets and muzzle accessories separately should you want colour options.
These packs come with Black Biothane strapping only and all nickel hardware, with a choice of Khaki Green, Pastel Pink, Lilac, Baby Blue, Orange, Grey or Teal Baskets. (Please note: ALL 5 MUZZLES WILL BE THE SAME COLOUR).
We will also be offering top up packs in the future, for those that purchase the professional bundle, so you can continue to add the latest sizes.

A ring with one of each of our available biothane colours, and associated card so that it's easy for you or your clients to be able to see what each colour looks like, in real life!

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping
Muzzles are hand-made to order. Currently, we are experiencing a backlog of orders, We will send you an email confirming a shipping time estimation upon completion of your order. You can expect your order to be delivered between 1 and 4 weeks. Accessories are typically dispatched within 1-3 days.
Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@themuzzlemovement.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
