Our muzzles are fully functional without any added straps. Our muzzles are designed to allow your dog room to pant comfortably, which may result in slight movement. For added stability and comfort if needed, we offer optional safety straps to further secure the muzzle.
The chin strap can be added to the underside of the muzzle as an optional strap. This is especially beneficial for dogs who may not benefit from using one of our head straps. This strap can prevent a dog from being able to hook their paw underneath to remove the muzzle. By stabilizing the muzzle, it provides a more secure and comfortable fit for your dog.
All chin straps are closed with Chicago screws, please note - Chicago screws can sometimes gradually come undone over time, therefore you must regularly check to ensure that they are still secure. Alternatively, once you have your ideal fit or colour combination, you can 'loc-tite' your chicago screws closed. Standard rivets cannot be undone.
You can order a spare set of Chicago screws here, in case you miss-place any, or would like multiple colours to allow you to further personalise your muzzle, add a second to your cart. If you need more Chicago screws in the future for any reason, you can return and purchase a set any time.

We love our chin strap, it’s a great add-on to give us peace of mind that his muzzle is extra secure. It can be adjusted for amend the sizing if required and feels great quality!

She’s not rubbing it off!!
I have been struggling with my dogs reactivity for a while. I have tried so many different muzzles and none of them have fit right. My pup was uncomfortable and this was the solution! My only complaints are that it’s discolored from trying to boil and resize it and the attachments for her collar do not fit her collar and there is no way to remove without cutting.

We LOVE it!
Everything fits great! We like that we added the chin strap for more security and the quick release clip is a must in my opinion. The colors really pop against his black coat too. We've been able to take him to the park more and people know to not run up and touch without asking now too, which I really like. Odin says, thank you!
