Want to switch up your muzzles nose band without buying an entirely new muzzle? Or mix and match different biothane colours? We got you! Now you can purchase alternative nose bands, if your muzzle already has the chicago screw upgrade, simply just switch your current nose band with your new colour choice!
If you muzzle has rivets, you need to purchase both the nose band and the chicago screw upgrade. You will need to cut off your current strapping, and replace it with new strapping using chicago screws. If you would prefer to replace your strapping with rivets, that you close yourself this can be organised on request.
Please note that chicago screws can come undone over time, so should either be 'Loctite' closed, or checked regularly to ensure they aren't wriggling lose.
We have recently added the Sunny option to our nose band selection, Sunny previously was only available in the 38mm nose band, but due to popular demand we have introduced a slimmer 25mm nose band. Therefore what was previously Sunny is now called Sunny* (38mm wide that adds additional length to those that need it) and the new 'Sunny' option is now a 25mm wide nose band.

Shipping
Muzzles are hand-made to order. Currently, we are experiencing a backlog of orders, We will send you an email confirming a shipping time estimation upon completion of your order. You can expect your order to be delivered between 1 and 4 weeks. Accessories are typically dispatched within 1-3 days.
Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
